Twice a month in off season, once a week for 6-12 weeks before main event and once weekly for 2 weeks post event.
You are not that active but tend to carry tension throughout the body:
Once to twice a month.
In other words,
Maintenance: Once or twice a month.
Event build up: Once weekly for 2-6 weeks pre-event.
Post event: Once weekly for 2 weeks then follow a maintenance program.
